Moment of silence, Metal Fans.....  Last night in Columbus, Ohio, Damageplan and former Pantera guitarist, Dimebag Darrell was shot to death during a show.  Apparently, the gunman jumped up on stage during Damageplan's first song, made a comment about the breakup of Pantera and began firing at close range into Darrell's body before turning the gun onto the crowd.  An officer was in the area and responded immediately.  When the officer arrived and entered through the back door, the gunman had a hostage and so he immediately opened fire, killing the crazed gunman.

Zinny J Zan (Former Shotgun Messiah singer) and his new band Zan Clan how just finished up the recordings of their album and are now looking for a record deal and Management. Meanwhile they are out playing as support to Whitesnake in Scandinavia. Zan Clan opened for Whitesnake in Sweden at the Scandinavium Arena in Gothenbourg and At Hovet Arena in Stockholm. Both bands got great reviews saying this was a great bill that should do more gigs together. It seems like both Whitesnake and Zan Clan are thinking in the same direction cause it has just been announced that Whitesnake and Zan Clan will play 2 more shows in Sweden. the shows are, Karlstad Lovberg Lila Arena 19th of Nov Linkoping Cloetta Center Arena 20th of Nov.
